Meaning:
- The Black. She is the patron saint of the Tibetian people (Lhamo), adopted by all churches, and she is also the wife of Yama, God of Death. She is one of the "Dreadful Killers", too. She is the figure of the Käli or Durga, adopted from the Indian Pantheon. She brings plagues (especially the Black Death) and famine. Later on she became the combatant of diseases. There are tsam plays in which she holds the leading role.

- - Third Eye of Wisdom in the middle of the forehead

Attributes:
- In one hand she holds a bowl made from human skulls or an instrument of torture, and in the other hand she holds a magic mace in the form of the skeleton of a child.
